Soak them in lukewarm water
There are products available specifically designed to stretch shrunken clothing, such as "Jeans Stretch" or "Stretch Magic." Follow the instructions on the package carefully.
Wear them in the bathtub
Put on your shrunken jeans and get into a warm bathtub. Sit in the water for about 30 minutes, then stand up and move around to help stretch the fabric.
Put on your shrunken jeans and use a hair dryer on the hottest setting to blow hot air onto the fabric. As you blow the hot air onto the jeans, pull and stretch the fabric to help loosen it up.
Remember, these hacks may not work for every pair of jeans or fabric type, so proceed with caution and test them out on a small section first before attempting to stretch the entire garment.
There are tools available specifically designed to stretch out denim, such as a "Denim Stretching Tool" or a "Jean Stretcher." Follow the instructions on the tool carefully
Use weights
Place a heavy object, such as a stack of books or a weight, on the waistband or legs of your shrunken jeans. This will help stretch out the fabric as it dries.
not all of these hacks will work for every pair of jeans or every fabric type. Be patient and keep trying until you find a method that works for you. And always be gentle with the fabric
