Breakfast:

– 2 scrambled eggs with 1 cup      of mixed vegetables (spinach, mushrooms, and bell peppers) – 1 slice of whole-grain toast – 1 cup of green tea

Snack:

– 1 small apple – 1 tablespoon of almond      butter

Lunch:

– Grilled salmon fillet – 1 cup of mixed vegetables      (broccoli, carrots, and cauliflower) – 1/2 cup of brown rice – 1 small bowl of salad      (lettuce, cucumber, tomato, and lemon juice dressing)
